SAME DC POST and CMAA NCC Joint Event:
Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Site Tour & Business Briefing


Please join the SAME DC Post and CMAA NCC on August 23rd, 2016 for a joint project tour, business briefing and luncheon at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). Registration is limited to the first 35 registrants! Attendees can earn up to 2.5 PDHs.

The event will begin with a tour of Project P-130, Mechanical and Electrical Improvements, which is being built by Whiting-Turner. The P-130 Project is a 1,200 LF utility tunnel valued at approximately $39 million. During the tour we will learn about construction practices, materials, and challenges met. Following the tour we will convene at another location within the Center and have a business briefing on ongoing projects at the facility. The event will conclude with a luncheon.
