Instructions for Submitting Your Firm Spotlight

The SAME Washington DC Post invites DC Post Sustaining Members to become 2008-2009 Corporate Sponsors. Corporate Sponsorship supports our scholarship and education programs. In September 2007, we awarded $30,000 in University and College Scholarships to engineering, architecture and environmental students in the DC region. We plan an ambitious expansion of our Scholarship Program but can only do so with your involvement and sponsorship support. Please consider becoming a 2008 Corporate Sponsor.

SAME Washington DC Post 2008/2009 Corporate Sponsor Benefits:

Company description and logo for 12 months to appear on the SAME DC Post Web site
A "Spotlight" article on your firm in our newsletter and on our Web site
An opportunity to introduce your firm to attendees at a SAME DC Post lunch meeting
Invitation to sit at the Post President's Reserved Table with our speakers at a meeting
Sponsorship and plaque recognition at our 2008 Awards Luncheon in January 20089
Disc ounted hole sponsorship at the Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament
Discount on table sponsorship at our Scholarship Dinner Dance and Honors Gala at the Mayflower Hotel, 20 September 2008 (mark your calendars)

WE NEED YOUR HELP - through our 2008 Corporate Sponsorship Drive - to maintain and enhance our legacy of scholarship funding for:

University and college educational scholarships
Sponsorship of high school students to attend SAME Engineering Construction Camps
K-12 programs such as active participation with Project Lead The Way and National Engineers Week
Construction project tours and site visits

Our 12-month corporate sponsorship is $1,000, and our 6-month $500.
Our 2008 goal is 12 corporate sponsors. Please help us reach this goal.
